If you live anywhere near the upstate of South Carolina, you know that Clemson orange runs through the veins of just about everyone in the area (with the exception of a few USC fans 😃). So when we found out about Bobbie Jean and Jason’s Clemson wedding, we couldn’t wait to be a part of it! The wedding took place at University Inn and Madren Center, just on the southern edge of Clemson’s campus. Originally the weather was slated to be cold, but come wedding day, the clouds rolled back and the sun came out to warm everything up. The temperature ended up being perfect!

The day started at the University Inn where both Bobbie Jean and Jason got ready. The first thing the bridesmaids did was enjoy some Chick-Fil-A sandwiches. Being a Chick-Fil-A fanatic myself, I thought it was the perfect choice for a wedding day lunch! If you are planning a wedding, consider CFA sandwiches or a nugget tray. Everyone in the bridal party can get excited about a lunch like that!
After everyone was ready, we ventured outside for Jason & Bobbie Jean’s first look. We picked a private spot under some trees that lit up as the sun peeked through the leafy canopy 🙌. Bobbie Jean looked so beautiful, and Jason even shed a few tears as he turned to see his bride for the first time! First looks are truly the best to capture real, raw joy and emotion.

The speech Bobbie Jean’s matron-of-honor gave sums up Jason and Bobbie Jean’s relationship perfectly. She said, “[Jason] you always make her smile and laugh and the one thing I love most, is the way you look at her. You look at her like there is no one else in the room.” And it’s true! It’s so beautiful to see two people who were clearly made for each other, meet, fall in love and get married.
Jason and Bobbie Jean, we are so excited for you both as you carry that joy and love for each other into your married life! Marriage is a blessing that allows you to do life with your best friend forever. We can’t wait for you both to experience that as you embark on your marriage journey together!
