The Hollow at Paris Mountain
Last year we filmed a venue tour for the Hollow at Paris Mountain wedding venue. One of my favorite shots in that video is the drone shot that shows the expanse of the property and the mountain range beyond the tree line. We love drone shots because they capture many views that would otherwise go unseen!
The Couple
Ever since filming the venue tour we’ve been anxiously waiting to film our first wedding at the Hollow at Paris Mountain. We met Parker & Jordan through one of our favorite local photographer friends, Ryan & Alyssa! They are talented and passionate about what they do, so we know that any couple they send our way is going to awesome! Parker & Jordan were just that. 🙂
We love meeting up with our clients before their wedding day, and especially if they live in town. We met Parker & Jordan for coffee and it was so much fun! The conversation was so easy going, it was like we had already known each other for several years. We were just getting to experience a small glimpse of this sweet couple’s personality!
The Wedding Day
Their wedding day went off without a hitch! Before arriving at the Hollow at Paris Mountain we stopped with the bridal party in downtown Greenville to take a few photos. The sun was out, the city was bustling—it couldn’t have been a more perfect day.
Jordan was an effortlessly beautiful bride. From the confident way she carried herself, to the loving embrace she showed every guest—you could tell she was one of a kind. There were so many moments during the day where Parker & Jordan broke out in laughter or exclaimed their excitement that the day was finally here! The love they had for one another radiated from each one of them. It was infectious to be around!
During their ceremony, Parker & Jordan wrote and exchanged personal vows. They made you laugh, cry and everything in between. As I (Mer) was putting the microphone for the ceremony on Parker, he was excitedly practicing his vows because he wanted to get them just right. It was such a sweet, real moment that gives a you a peek into Parker’s character. One of my favorite parts of Parker’s vows to Jordan was, “I promise to acting lovingly toward you. I want to fulfill you and I want you to feel comforted. I do it now and I’ll continue to ask the question if I feel something is wrong, ‘Did I seem unloving?’. The last thing I want to do to you is act unloving.” I thought this was such a beautiful vision for how to treat your spouse in marriage!

Parker & Jordan, thank you for trusting us to tell your story! It was so fun getting to know you both and getting to be apart of your day. It was truly a joy! We wish you guys so much love and laughter as you start your journey of marriage together!
