Zach & Amanda’s Charleston Wedding
We had been waiting for over a year to film Zach & Amanda’s beautiful Middleton Place wedding in Charleston, SC. Middleton Place has definitely been on our bucket list of places to film and it certainly didn’t disappoint. It’s perfectly green lawns framed immaculately blooming gardens and set the scene for a romantic and dreamy wedding day. The property is filled with many different types of animals from peacocks to horses. Were were filming down by the lower ponds the day before the wedding when we found our path blocked by an alligator. You never know what you’ll run into at Middleton!
Now, on to the wedding! Amanda and Zach’s first look was one of our favorite parts of the day! We told Zach he could turn around to see his bride, but he just couldn’t bring himself to do it because he was overcome with emotion. When he finally collected himself and turned around he was overcome again as he saw Amanda for the first time. Be sure to check out their film to see that sweet moment!
A toast from Amanda’s sister perfectly summed up the feeling between Zach and Amanda, she said, “With Zach I could see that Amanda was happy.” Such a simple statement, but right when you meet Zach and Amanda you can see how true it is. They are just totally in love with each other! Getting to film weddings with a bride and groom who are totally in love never gets old!
Zach and Amanda, we are so excited for you both! It was an honor to be apart of your beautiful day. Middleton Place is one of our favorite places to film and we’re so thankful it was with you two. Congratulations!!
